Dairy…It Doesn’t Do You Any Good.

Raw Sexy Relaxation

I just came back from an amazing weekend at the beach.  It was exactly what I needed.  I still feel relaxed and it’s a Monday. Relaxation…so so important. Natural Birth Control and Fertility

Easy Raw Summer Pasta

Start out with 4 yellow squash. Peel them and rinse them. Using a Spiralizer or Spiral Slicer (mine is made by Spirooli) you will spiralize your squash and it will come out in lovely pasta strands like this!  There are different size blades you can use so if you want the “noodles” to be thicker just use a different blade. The 4 yellow squash made a ton of “pasta” ! To my “pasta” I added tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and beets. Feel free to add avocado, garlic, basil, whatever you like!  You can eat your Raw Pasta with a light dressing

Raw Sexy Lemonade!

Forget your Gatorade and vitamin waters, skinny waters, sugar filled waters, chemical filled waters… Just drink WATER!  Fresh spring water, filtered water, plain fabulous water!  But when you get bored with drinking plain water and want a more fun and delicious way to hydrate, make your own lemonade!
