Raw Veggies Marinara

Need a fast idea for an easy delicious raw lunch?

Try raw veggies, marinara sauce, and brazil nut cheeze!

You can make your own sauce from scratch using:

  • roma tomatoes
  • basil
  • organic extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt
  • garlic (optional – a little goes a LONG way)
  • sun dried tomatoes (optional – but gives it a heartier flavor)

Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and voila!  Marinara sauce!

For the Brazil Nut Cheeze – Tastes just like Parmesan cheese!

  • raw brazil nuts
  • garlic
  • sea Salt

Toss ingredients in the food processor and blend!

Then select your veggie or mix of veggies!  I went with broccoli:

I then prepared the marinara and added the brazil nut cheeze on top.  Feel free to use a high quality organic marinara sauce if you do not want to make your own from scratch.

Combine the two and enjoy!
