Raw Breakfast Sushi

This morning I made raw breakfast sushi using a collard green leaf, pecan nut butter, and a banana.
For an extra punch of nutrients, I made a Chocoberry Smoothie!
Smoothie Ingredients:
1 banana
2 handfuls of spinach
4 strawberries
3/4 cup almond milk
splash of spring water
1 tablespoon raw chia seed powder (high in omegas)
1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder (high in protein and flavor – raw cacao also acts as an appetite suppressant)
1 tablespoon of pecan nut butter (high in protein)
It’s so delicious!  You can use raw almond butter as well!
Have some raw banana sushi for breakfast! So much better than a bowl of cereal!
