Acai Bowl

Sometimes I want fruit for dinner. I am in love with acai bowls at Juice Kaboose (local juice bar-veggie cafe here in La Jolla) Acai fruit smoothie on the bottom, layer of hemp granola, bananas, blueberries, mango and strawberry. 🙂 YUM

Raw Sexy Papaya Bowl

Papaya is an acquired taste – I tried it once before but wanted to give it another shot. It’s reminiscent of the texture of cantaloupe, but with a stronger scent and flavor. Here before you is a fabulous papaya: Scrape out the seeds with a spoon…and hereeeeee is the Raw Sexy version of it: OH SNAP!  Raw Sexy Papaya Bowl full of bananas and strawberries and Raw Sexy Mousse! (Raw Sexy Mousse: 1 avocado, 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder, 1/4 cup agave to taste, and blend!) Feel free to swap out the papaya for cantaloupe, honeydew melon, etc and make it your own!

Raw Breakfast Sushi

This morning I made raw breakfast sushi using a collard green leaf, pecan nut butter, and a banana. For an extra punch of nutrients, I made a Chocoberry Smoothie! Smoothie Ingredients: 1 banana 2 handfuls of spinach 4 strawberries 3/4 cup almond milk splash of spring water 1 tablespoon raw chia seed powder (high in omegas) 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder (high in protein and flavor – raw cacao also acts as an appetite suppressant) 1 tablespoon of pecan nut butter (high in protein) It’s so delicious!  You can use raw almond butter as well! Have some raw banana sushi

Raw Lasagna

I made this ridiculously amazingly deliciously divine lasagna.  RAW. LASAGNA! Here is the recipe: I layered the bottom of the pan with thin slices of eggplant. Then we added a layer of my Raw Sundried Tomato Ricotta Cheeze  (made with soaked raw cashews, sundried tomatoes, lemon juice, sea salt and dill – *to see Instructions on this – view bottom of post*) Then we added a layer of spinach Then a

Raw Sexy Mini Pizzas

High raw – 100% Vegan, and 1000% Awesome.  🙂   I used live sprouted grain Ezekiel brand english muffins (you can find them in the freezer section of your store) and we used a layer of dill cheeze (made from raw cashews, dill, sea salt and lemon juice), layer of spinach, layer of tomato, and another layer of dill cheeze.  I put these straight on the rack in the oven for just a couple minutes until warm to the touch. YUM. I’m calling these 80% raw pizzas, since the bread isn’t technically raw, but I don’t take issue with the
