Chocolate Bliss Smoothie

I whipped this up the other day at random and it’s officially one of my favorites.  What’s in it?

2 bananas
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
1/2 a ripe avocado
2 tbsp of raw cacao powder
spring water (I just eye-ball it so the smoothie isn’t too thin – it’s best to add a little if you aren’t sure, and then just add more until you have achieved your desired consistency.)

Chocolate for breakfast?
Yes.
Please.

  2. This has to be one of my favorites. Raw chocolate is so potent…it just knocks the sweet craving out of the park!

  3. Amazing – I’m definitely going to try this one because I always love a good new cacao recipe.

    My current cacao smoothie has been:

    16 oz almond milk
    4 Medjool dates
    2-3 frozen bananas (get them ripe!)
    1 Tablespoon Cacao (or more for extra chocolate)
    1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed

    It’s seriously so amazing and I can’t wait to try yours.
