Sunrise Smoothie



It’s a Sunrise Smoothie!


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 dates
  • spring water (or rice milk or hemp milk)

Adjust the amount of water until you reach your desired consistency. Eventually you’ll know exactly how much to add that works best for your own personal tastes.
