Spending some time in the sunshine?

Need to cool off on a hot day?

 

Try this refreshing combo:

  • 1.5 cups of spinach
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1.5 cups of frozen pineapple
  • 1 tsp organic coconut oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk and a bit of water if needed (until your smoothie reaches your desired consistency – some people like them thicker, and some people like them to be more like a juice/drink – all up to you!)
