Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Happy fresh start to the week everyone!

This pumpkin smoothie is so good, you’ll think you’re eating pumpkin spice cake!

  • 1 cup of organic pumpkin purée
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used Sunwarrior)
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • a few ice cubes (if you use a frozen banana instead of a fresh banana, you can omit the ice)
  • rice milk – (use less if you want a thicker smoothie- I think I used just over a cup)  You can also use almond or hemp milk.

Blend and enjoy!
