Easy Vegan Pumpkin Muffins – Gluten-Free

VEGAN PUMPKIN MUFFINS – Gluten-free, dairy-free, junk-free, nut-free! RECIPE: 3 cups old fashioned oats (I used gluten free) 1.5 cups of organic pumpkin purée (this equals 1 can) 3 TBS Sunflower Seed Butter, 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1.5 cups water 2 tsp flax seed 3 tsp cinnamon 3 tsp allspice or pumpkin pie spice sprinkle of sea salt HOW TO: preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, grease muffin tin with coconut oil, scoop batter into each muffin tin- fill it to the top because these won’t rise! I topped with a banana slice and sprinkle
