What is smoothie cereal?
This. Is. Smoothie. Cereal.
I dabbled with this in a previous post and loved it so much I had to make it again.
Smoothie cereal starts with a smoothie of course! I blended up one banana, a cup of frozen organic strawberries, and some spring water (I usually add a cup of spinach too but I ran out just this morning!) and I poured half of the smoothie into a bowl. To that I added a sliced banana, and half a cup of my homemade granola!
It was so freaking good. So good all I want to do is go home and eat more of it.
I poured the rest of the leftover smoothie into a jar to take with me to work.
