I made the most surprisingly delicious banana breakfast sushi using a collard green leaf, pecan nut butter, and a banana. Just lay out the collard green leaf, spread the nut butter on it, place the peeled, ripe banana down between the middle and edge of the leaf, and roll the leaf up, almost like you would a burrito!
For an extra punch of nutrients, I made a Chocoberry Smoothie!
- 1 banana
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 4 strawberries
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- splash of spring water
- 1 tablespoon raw chia seed powder (high in omegas)
- 1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder (high in protein and flavor – raw cacao also acts as an appetite suppressant)
- 1 tablespoon of pecan nut butter (high in protein)
Try some raw banana sushi for breakfast!
