Happy fresh start to the week everyone!
This pumpkin smoothie is so good, you’ll think you’re eating pumpkin spice cake!
- 1 cup of organic pumpkin purée
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used Sunwarrior)
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- a few ice cubes (if you use a frozen banana instead of a fresh banana, you can omit the ice)
- rice milk – (use less if you want a thicker smoothie- I think I used just over a cup) You can also use almond or hemp milk.
Blend and enjoy!
