Smoothies are: convenient, easy to make, packed full of vitamins and nutrients, delicious, travel friendly, quick, satisfying, a meal replacement, full of goodness, fun for the whole family to make together (kid friendly!!!)
So many of us go through our days without adequate nutrients. Having a smoothie for breakfast sets us up for a successful day energy wise, it hydrates us, and it gives us the added vitamins and nutrients we need from the delicious berries, fruits, greens, etc, that we add to our smoothies.
