I know I haven’t been as faithful with my posting on the blog lately but it’s for good reason! I’ve completed my personal training program through NASM – National Academy of Sports Medicine and I am officially a Certified Personal Trainer!

It was a lot of hard work, studying and training, but I am so excited to now add the fitness side of things to Raw Is Sexy and help more people change their lives and live healthy!
I just completed my certification test a little over a week ago and I AM SO EXCITED! I have big plans for YOU and so many things I want to bring to you now, including launching my online virtual studio, with classes and coaching! A post on that coming VERY soon!
I can’t believe it is February already! How are you surviving this winter! It’s been tough here on the East Coast! We were hit with more snow and an ice storm last night. Everything is covered in ice.
I’m still staying fairly high raw this winter which is definitely due to being active (my body always feels warmer) and dressing for the weather! We can have fun in the snow and enjoy the outdoors as long as we dress for the cold temperatures so that we still stay warm and comfortable outside!
I’ve been making lots of smoothies and eating lots of apples for some reason! I have 2 apples with cinnamon and some almond butter every morning with hot tea, so much so that I end up waking up and craving apples! It’s amazing. 🙂
