Ideally, everyone would eat a whole food, plant-based diet and have fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes every day. But that’s not what happens with most people. I work with people daily to help them change their habits, behaviors and MINDSET when it comes to food choices. It takes time, preparation and discipline and that’s what I’ve been practicing and teaching over the past decade. It can absolutely be done, but we don’t do it perfectly 100% of the time and it can take a while to get the hang of it. I’m here to help you get the hang of it more quickly and stick with it for life.
We bump up against things like fast paced lifestyles, busy schedules, events, travel, working overtime, and unexpected surprises. However, we can stay on track and set ourselves up for success, even with those surprises and hiccups, by being a part of a community of like minded people, with similar health goals, staying committed to the process and being supported 24/7.
An accountability group makes all the difference. I live 2 blocks from a gym. I can literally walk to a gym in under 4 minutes. Sometimes I just don’t feel like it. There’s no one around to tell me to go. No one will notice if I don’t go. No one will call me and say, hey, I didn’t see you at the gym today. I can talk myself out of going in minutes flat. I’ve done everything from boot camps to group classes to having multiple gym memberships at once – none of which “got me” the results I was looking for.
You know what DID get me the results? PEOPLE. COMMUNITY. Being part of a tribe and having to check in with other people every day who cheered me on and told me to keep going. People who would workout with me in our accountability group online and send me a note every day reminding me to MOVE MY BODY and eat right! Community makes all the difference in the world. We become like the people that we spend the most time with. So what’s a natural introvert to do? I created my own community where I could coach others to become their VERY BEST and help them encourage others to do the same. Millions of emails are sent every minute. Almost a million log ins on Facebook and even more on YouTube. We are ALL online. There is an amazing community right at your fingertips of motivation, support, friendship, health and fitness! Why not put it to work for you and your goals?
Workouts: I’ve done it all! I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer so I’ve done every workout out there!
It’s all wonderful but these are a game changer. The workouts are consistent and scientific. There is an actual method to the madness. You can knock these out in 30 minutes a day and get in the best shape of your life.

Mindset: If you aren’t working on your thinking, nothing will change. You become like the people that you spend the most time with. Spend time with the Raw Is Community and learn how to take control of your mind when it comes to nutrition and fitness and put it to work for you.
Accountability: I know for me, I will let myself down but I won’t let others down. I’ll be there checking in everyday. You’ll have a coach that you have access to at all times, not just once a week. Together we can do great things!
Tribe: Motivation, support, recipes, vulnerability and lots of laughs…. When you are part of a tribe that’s cheering you on and supporting you, you’ll show up, you’ll do the work, and you’ll accomplish more than you ever thought possible.
